In order to receive additional MPX test coins, you can convert your XFI to MPX in mainnet.

Step 1.

At the moment XFI is traded on two crypto currency exchanges, paired with USDT:

  • Minimum amount to purchase: 5 USDT

  • Minimum amount to withdraw: 4 XFI

  • Commission fee: 2 XFI

  • Minimum amount to purchase: 10 USDT

  • Minimum amount to withdraw: 1.5 XFI

  • Commission fee: 0.5 XFI In order to purchase XFI you need to deposit funds to your USDT wallet, then go to the spot trading page.

MEXC:

Click on “Wallets” and choose the “Deposit” option to move to the Deposit page. On the Deposit page, select USDT from the “Select Crypto” menu. Select the type of USDT and the type of Network, according to the types you want to deposit.

Click on the “Spot” tab to open a dropdown menu, and select “Spot” to move to the Spot page. On the Spot page, type “XFI” into the Search and select “XFI/USDT” pair.

HTX:

Click on “Assets” and choose the “Deposit” option to move to the Deposit page.

On the Deposit page, select USDT from the “Select Coin” menu. Select the type of USDT and the type of Chain, according to the types you want to deposit.

Click on the “Trade” tab to open a dropdown menu, and select “Spot” to move to the Spot page. On the Spot page, type “XFI” into the Search and select “XFI/USDT” pair.

Step 2.

Step 3.

After logging in to XFI Console, copy your wallet address, which will be needed to withdraw XFI from the exchange website (MEXC or HTX).

MEXC

HTX

Click on “Assets” and choose the “Withdraw” option to move to the Withdraw page.

Step 4.

Enter the amount of XFI you want to convert to MPX, and press “Next”.

Confirm the conversion details by pressing “Convert”.

Step 4.1.

What to do when there isn’t enough MPX to pay for commission?

To receive MPX needed to pay the commission fee, you need to confirm the withdrawal operation you made on the exchange website. For that you have to copy the hash of a transaction, where you received the XFI, and confirm it.

You can find the transaction hash both in the console’s transaction history, as well as in the withdrawals history at the exchange service you used.

MEXC

Click on “Wallets” and choose the “Withdraw” option to move to the Withdraw page. At the bottom of the Withdraw page, find the XFI withdrawal transaction and click “More”.

Find the TXID string and click on a Copy button.

HTX

Click on “Assets” and choose the “Withdraw” option to move to the Withdraw page.

On the Withdraw page, find the XFI withdrawal transaction and click “Details”. Find the TxID string and click on a Copy button.

You can only receive the MPX for commission once. We recommend not to delegate all your MPX to a validator but save some coins to pay the commission fees in the future.

Step 5.

To receive the bonus MPX test coins you need to confirm the conversion. For that you have to copy the hash of a transaction, where you received the MPX after converting your XFI.

You can find the transaction hash in the transactions history.

Step 6.

Your bonus coins will arrive to your testnet XFI Console, to the “Old balance” tab, where you will see the wallet address, identical to your mainnet XFI Console address. To withdraw your funds to the main balance, you only have to press “Send”.

Step 7.

Step 8.

Step 9.

After purchasing XFI, it is necessary to log in to the mainnet , with the same MetaMask seed phase you’re using to authorize at the .

This address will differ from the one you have at the XFI Pad and at the testnet , when using the same seed phrase. This is how it should be, it’s caused by the fact that the mainnet isn’t updated to EVM yet.

Click on “Wallets” and choose the “Withdraw” option to move to the Withdraw page. On the Withdraw page, select XFI from the “Select Crypto” menu. Enter your address in the Address field.

On the Withdraw page, select XFI from the “Select Coin” menu. Enter your address in the Address field.

After receiving XFI, return to and press the “Convert” button.

Now you have MPX coins in both mainnet and testnet. Before staking (delegating) your coins, we recommend you to research the validators:

Mainnet and testnet delegation processes are no different from each other. You can learn more about the delegation process when completing on XFI TestPad.

Mainnet and testnet XFI reward claiming processes are no different from each other.. You can learn more about the claiming process when completing on XFI TestPad. The XFI rewards you claimed in the mainnet can also be converted into MPX, in order to get more bonus MPX test coins.
